We were recently featured on RTE 1's "DIY Brides of Franc" as the wedding caterer with our "Eddie Rockets on Wheels" & our "Shake Shop on Wheels" units.
The show featured two biker fanatics, Orla Cronin and Jerry ‘Fuzzi’ Coleman from Courtmacsherry who became the first couple ever to marry at the racing track, Mondello Park outside Naas.
With 200 guests to feed, Franc suggested a more festival friendly idea by using Circuit Catering and it proved to be a nice little touch that represented the fun and free-spirited personalities of the newlyweds.
